SLIC 2.1 Request for Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R (rev. 2.0) F6

I am looking for a SLIC 2.1 mod for the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R (rev. 2.0) F6 mother board.
I don't know if it's important to mention that i haven't got a specific "Brand PC" like HP, DELL or Lenovo it was a custom build PC from the ground up.
So no bios SLIC as far as i know. I leave it up to you which one you choose.

-Motherboard Model: GA-P35-DS3R (rev. 2.0)
-Bios revision: F6
-Bios Type: AWARD
-Bios SLIC: YOU RECOMMEND

P.S haven't done anything like this before so any additional help would be helpful. Can i activate any version of Windows with this or for example if you used a DELL SLIC 2.1 must i use a DELL OEM Windows 7?

Gigabyte_GA-P35-DS3R_(rev 2.0)_F13_HP_SLIC_2.1.rar (Flash from DOS and install the Included Certificate and the correct HP OEM Key for your version of Win 7)
