Hello, I was wondering if the BIOS file in the link can be modified to SLIC 2.1?

Does anyone still have this modded XPS 200 BIOS lying around which they could share? The previous location is now a 404. I'm trying to fix some older PCs for a non-profit org, bring them all up to the newest OS they can possibly run. Thanks.
