Hi,
Before starting, please note that sp55068_UlkMenus_ByCamiloml.exe didn't work for me. I could boot with it, but whenever I try any option in it, it renders my notebook with a bricked BIOS, and thus inability to boot or even revert changes. This is the link of the modded bios http://www.bios-mods.com/BIOS/Insyde/sp5...miloml.exe
I could restore the BIOS to initial settings with removing the battery. This has let me boot. Then I've put the original HP BIOS.
---------------------------------------------------
Now I have F.1B BIOS, (Notebook: HP Pavilion dv6-6070ee). When I opened the BIOS installation file, it extracted a bunch of files including this: "InsydeFlash". So, I presume this is an Insyde BIOS.
Direct link to the BIOS installer: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55068.exe
I have used Andy's Phoenix Tool to check RSA signing, and it said "Decrypted".
Requested options:-
- (Main wish) Option to choose "AHCI" mode.
- (Secondary) Option to Choose a specific GPU to work. (Please note that this notebook has Static Switching, so I don't even know if this could happen, or if it could affect anything, I just want to try this option if available).
- (Extra, less important) Option: ability to OC GPU, CPU, and RAM.
- Pictures of BIOS (most boring BIOS I've ever seen):-
1 (Main)
2 (Seucrity)
3 (Diagnostics)
4 (System Configuration)
5 (Exit)
Please tell if there is something I should tell/do.
Thanks.
