[Request] HP dv6-3100sa Fan mod

Hello i have a HP dv6-3100sa laptop and was hoping that someone could mod the bios so that the fan runs at 100% whenever it is turned on.
The laptop is almost never run on battery so power use is not a concern and neither is noise.

The bios is RSA signed and i have acknowledged that this can cause a bricked bios and that i have prepared a bios recovery USB drive.
