Toshiba Satellite A105-S4014 Bios Unlocking

Hi,
I'm the owner of a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4014 and I have just upgraded it to a 64-bit compliant CPU and 4GB of RAM.
I installed Windows 7 x64 and it's only able to use 3GB of RAM but I know for a fact that this bios (version 6.00) has hidden functions. Most of all I would like to know if you can add the memory remapping function that allows recognition of more than 3GB of RAM.
