HP dv5-1225ca Unlocked bios request

the current bios i have installed on the system is modified with the HP slic 2.1 certificates. if this bios is unlockable, will i be able to get it modified with slic 2.1 after you have unlocked it, or can you add the slic 2.1 to the bios file?
