P55M-UD2 with latest Intel oRom

Hello,
could anyone help me get the latest Intel Rom (the one with Trim support for RAID, i think it's 11.6.<something>, but I don't know if I can just stick any bin file I find with CBROM into the BIOS and hope for the best) into the P55M bios (F12a) - attached to this post?

Also, this may be related, and maybe someone could answer (maybe from experience). Gigabyte has the dual bios thing, does this mean that messing up this BIOS and flashing it is survivable (i.e can I reflash the unmodded BIOS afterwards if something is wrong)
