n00b here. I've searched for "6550b" and poked around a bit and didn't see anything, so forgive me if something already exists.
I have an HP ProBook 6550b with a whitelisted BIOS. The WLAN card is a Broadcom 43224 and support for it under Linux is crappy with kernels > 3.2 (in fact, it simply does not work for me at all unless I use an older kernel, period). I have an Intel WLAN card I want to put in, but of course, the laptop won't boot at all if I put the Intel card in.
What do I need to do? I would appreciate any advice.
