Flash bios dell vostro 200

Sorry for my english , i need help to flash the bios of my dell vostro 200 , i have found that in this forum http://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-De...ng-Project but i don't know how to do , i have download the file , it's a .bin how can i do to boot with this file and flash my bios ?

Edit : finaly i have find how to flash the bios & i have take the second version of the post below but i don't find how to change the fsb to overclock my cpu , can u help me plz ?
