HP DV6663CL (Intel CPU) F.45 PLEASE :)

Hello fellas, my laptop is experiencing some power-on issues. It refuses to shut-down and keep powering on, also windows sleep option does not work.

I was told there are some secret CPU power states in the BIOS hidden and I wanted to see if it will help. My favorite bios for this model is F.45

Could anybody help out in unlocking this bios.
This is for the DV6663CL Intel Core2-Duo version.
