HP Pavilion DV6-6090ee Bios AHCI unlocking request!

hi
i don't now if this the right section to write this threat

i have HP Pavilion DV6-6090ee and i wanted to install windows 7 on my Brand new SSD 128GB but the problem is that if only i enable AHCI setting in bios i could do such thing but my bios is locked and does not have such option.

please help i need to enable AHCI option

FYI: i could easly install windows 8 or 8.1 but 7 no!
FYI: my current bios version is the latest out

guys i did a little search and i used sp55068_UlkMenus_ByCamiloml.exe and bingo the advance menu unlocked well
but the problem i have right now is a bit annoying.
i have an SSD. the windows took 10sec top to boot but with this bios-update i get a 10-15sec black screen before system boot-up.
any way to reduce the boot-up time?
