AMD E-450 unlock BIOS/overclock

Hi I'm new here just want to know if I could get some help w/unlocking my laptop's BIOS. I completely understand the risks with overclocking a laptop. I only want a modest overclock; say maybe 1.8GHz. I'm not exactly sure what information I should put down, so I'll just put down anything that seems important.

Here's my info:
Dell Inspiron M5040 AMD E-450 APU@1.65GHz with Radeon HD 6320
Motherboard info: Dell Inc. Model: 0RXDMJ Version: A06

I just need help unlocking my BIOS because I'm a complete noob with this stuff, and I have no idea where to even start. I don't wanna risk messing up my BIOS unless I know exactly what to do. Need a response as soon as possible.
