Hi,
I tried to flash a BIOS with the Wifi Whitelist removed and it appears to have bricked my laptop. When I press the power button nothing happens except the caps lock key blinks twice. HP says this signals BIOS corruption. I downloaded an older BIOS, extracted it, and put the .BIN file on a flash drive named HP_Tools. (There were two .BIN files in the extract and I tried the process with both. When I hold the windows + B key the flash drive starts to blink and the caps lock key doesn't blink twice. But after about 5 seconds the flash drive stops blinking and the caps lock key starts blinking again.
Can anyone help me with this? The laptop model is an HP 2000-355DX. The latest BIOS is F.48 which I can't figure out how to extract so I used an older BIOS (F.35)
