Unlock request for a older Fujitsu Siemens - Esprimo Mobile V5515

Hello there,

Looking for somebody to help me with some issues I am having with an older laptop BIOS that I use for a home server. I would really like to unlock VT-x (Virtualization) I know the current CPU (core 2 duo T7600) can support it but it there is no option in the BIOS.

Another bonus thing I would love unlocked is the BIOS RAM limitation of 3GB. The Chipset (SiS M672) has a maximum memory limit is 4GB so yet again another BIOS limitation.

I´ve also interest on your firmware.
Unfortunately, the file is not to flash with WinPhlash or Phlash (Error 161 part Table Signature not found in the interface).
with which program I can flash your file on my laptop?
