Dell Vostro 1400 BIOS SLIC 2.1 Update Request

I am requesting a SLIC 2.1 update for my Dell Vostro 1400 that is current running version A09 of the BIOS from the Dell site.

Is this even possible? Any response would help.

The attached acpitbls.zip file is from a replacement motherboard I purchased from ebay, since my original motherboard with the nvidia graphics died.
