Greetings to the BIOS modders,
I bought this Fujitsu workstation (R570-2) with single Xeon X5650 processor.
It is an excellent machine and all but running nowhere near its potential - when I run the RealTemp tests all 12 cores are at at least 30 degrees Celsius distance to the max temperature. Further- overclockers have easily reached core speeds of over 4GHz on air for this processor on unlocked boards at reasonable temperatures...
Hence my request: will it, please, be possible to get an unlocked version of this BIOS for the purpose of playing around
