Steambox Splashscreen request

Hello,

I have build a steambox for my self using second hand parts.
Specs:
i5 750
8GB DDR3 1333mhz
64GB SSD OCZ vertex
Nvidia Geforce 250GTS 512MB gpu (wil change in the future)
windows 7 64BIT
Asus P7H55-M Pro motherboard.
Cooltek Coolcube Maxi case (very nice look)

The reason why im using windows 7 as hot OS is because more games support that OS and so far its most stable
I force steam to start up in Big picture mode when ever the system is turned on.

Now i want to go a step further and have the Steam startup logo + sound to show when i startup the system
i hope u guys can help me out with this

Right now it shows Bios and Windows login 
I would like the Bios to show just the Steam logo and when windows start the animation scene + sound if possible
