I have just purchased some new RAM 16gb 2400. The stock RAM was 8gb 1600. The stock RAM did in fact run at 1600. But this new RAM is only running at 1333??? I have no clue how this is happening and I have searched everywhere for a custom bios so I can set the speed/voltage.

Bios is American Megatrends Dell A08
