Hi,
I've already checked the Insyde repository to no avail; http://www.bios-mods.com/BIOS
Desire to upgrade working Intel 7265 and use Intel 9260NGW, in the following:
HP Envy 15t-q400
* Insyde HP-BIOS version F.18
* sp79557 dated Apr 7, 2017
* BIOS Download - http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp79501-80000/sp79557.exe
* For Laptop - https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/sel...pc/8499286
My exact error message, when booting with my new yet useless Intel 9260NGW, "Wireless Module not supported. The system has detected a Wireless module insert in the system that is not supported. System halted. Please remove device and reset. Bluetooth Module ID (704)."
Note: The BlueTooth ID (704) is brand-new for late-2017, normally the ID is (703) but that is not my scenario.
I'm asking for that BIOS version (if possible), due to recent security outbreaks and too many bugs in earlier BIOS.
I did not understand the Forum Rules post about RSA or how I'm supposed to provide info about it, or if it even relates to my requests, if someone knows can they please let me know what's needed or if it's simply impossible to unlock my BIOS?
Offering a $20.00 USD PayPal donation (or whatever you prefer), to whoever can do this unlock and their helpful guidance, in addition to the donation I already made to this site.
Thanks!
