Can anyone assist with modding this uefi?

Hi guys, i'm new to modding uefi.
I would really like to be able to change the voltage and clock speed of the resources.
However the least, if we can change the logo. ;]

If anyone can point me in any direction as I'm clueless.

On the attachment below is what I've managed to extract from the chip as dell provide only executable installer.
