Need help with HP 15 notebook-Bios F.22 AMD-Insyde h20

I did a system restore because I was having problems with the laptop and now it restarts with blank screen loop. 
I tried to re-install windows 10 from usb stick but laptop now no longer recognizes HDD. I reformatted and tried again but no luck. it won't recognize HDD after OS installation, even with factory restore USB stick.

I can get to F10-BIOS screen and F9-Change boot order. Nothing I've tried is working 

Any help is appreciated.
