I was wondering if, by some miracle, the 6930p BIOS had some hidden option to power up the machine when the AC adapter gets connected.

The latest version (which is on the laptop too) can be found here:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55501-5...p55639.exe

I do not need any wifi de-whitelisting, just wondering if that little feature existed and/or could be un-hidden.
