Thanks for clarifying the BIOS version, and thanks for the images, I'll see what I can do
Since no Qflash on this board, correct?  Please download ME System Tools V11 from here

Then inside you will find Flash Programming Tool folder, and inside that find Win32 folder, select that folder and hold shift and press right click, then choose open command window here.  At the command prompt enter the following command, then zip up the created file and send to me for editing, this way you wont loose any board specifics if we have to flash that way (probably)

FPTw.exe -bios -d biosreg.bin

Finally i get biosreg.bin via FPTw.exe
