[request] add support to Intel T7700 on Toshiba Satellite U205

Hello there!

Just got an older Satellite U205 working and I would like to upgrade the CPU on it, Got a cheap T7700 from a friend and tried to replace the T5500 that came with the Satellite, got nothing. The power LED came on, the CPU heats up, but no boot screen or anything.

I attached the bios file, it seems to be the same for the U200 series and the Tecra M6 series.

I'm switching the CPUs back to get the screens from CPU-Z.

T7700 has incompatible socket.
T7200, T7400 and T7600(G) are recommended for this laptop with 945GM chipset.
