[Request] HP 17-n101nf Whitelist Removal Request

Good morning all,
Sorry for my english lol i'm french ;-)

I have a laptop HP ENVY - 17-n101nf which I think has the unfortunate white list, because I wanted to put new WIFI card and I have error 704 when starting the laptop :-(

The latest REV52 firmware (already install) is this one below, which it seems to have to unlock to make my new WIFI card work, so I need your help.
I hope I have been understood.

Actual WIfi card : Intel AC-7265
Replace : Intel AX200 or Intel AC-9260 no-Vpro
