Gigabyte GA-Z97-UD5H A9 None boot

Hi guys I have a Gigabyte GA-Z97-UD5H that is not booting to bios or hard drive. I am getting a A9 code on the board LED. I am guessing that through trial and a lot of error I have both Bios chips corrupted. Fun stuff!! So I have a Tl866Ii on the way. I am using mainly MAC OSX.
1— Before I take the chip off the board is there anything that I can do to maybe restore the bios?
2— Are there any tutorials around that would help me.
I was watching a great video on restoring a ASUS UEFI bios. But those the Gigabyte follow the same process, if it does where can I find the fills?
