Request - Dell Latitude 5404 Rugged Bios Repair

Good day,

I have a Dell Latitude 5404 Rugged Laptop that has no display but with power. I would like to try if the BIOS config is having the issue.

I extracted a .bin files from my EZP2019+ reader and attached to this thread.

Hope someone can repair my files or have a working files with them and upload.
