[REQUEST] HP pavilion 15-cs0000ne ADVANCED settings unlock

Hi there,
I'm pretty new to this so please bear with me. I've attached the bios file which im currently using and I would like to get the advanced tab. I've also heard that there is a specific key combination that we could press in order to unlock this advanced section but I'm not able to find it anywhere on the internet(I saw this from a video showing the key combination for my specific laptop but with an older version. Rolling back to this older version doesn't work, I tried ). So is it possible to mod this bios for me to be able to access these settings? Also my main goal is to remove power limit throttling at 15W which is annoying. If this isnt possible, just getting the advanced tab would suffice.
