Hello,
I have an HP computer that has major problems with a complete freeze on startup. The "Windows" logo, the circle turns and stops after a few seconds.
I tried a fresh install on a new hard drive, same problem. From the installation screen, everything hangs and there is nothing to do.
So I looked at RAM side, RAS too.
I did an update by USB of the Bios, everything goes well but it does not improve the situation.
So I dumped the bios and left the file here if anyone can look at it and see if anything is wrong that would be great!

I'm thinking of changing the chipset but I don't know if it's really useful...
PC model is 15-AK106NF with bios: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99001-9...p99036.exe
Thank you very much
