Help! how to add slic 2.1 to main asus H81M-P AMI

Hi everyone

i want to add slic2.1 to my main asus H81M-P (I am using Windows 7)

I dont know how to get/create abc.rom or abc.bios, i have bios file from website asus, but file is H81M-P-ASUS-3602.CAP

so i want to know create abc.bios or abc.rom from my pc

and how to add slic2.1 to my Main PC.
