[Request] Bios mod for DL380p Gen8

Honestly I need help with this because I havent been able to extract the bios, HP's systems are really finicky because I tried fptw64 following some online tutorials and I have 0 experience with this but I really wanted to mod my bios to squeeze as much performance from my system as possible by overclocking  my ram and cpus but since its an industrial board and i went the cheap route im pretty much at a loss here, its a dual socket system and only thing I was able to do was go into the hp website and find a really weird autoflash program for the system and you can extract it but it doesnt really give you bios roms only some weird xml file along with the program that flashes it for you, I think they do this all because the ILO chip literally controls the bios too and theres a flashing option in it but I've seen people do a bios mod for fan control over ssh on reddit but I honestly dont know how they did it and I need help, and apparently they had to sign the mod and do reverse engineering and some crap but man I dont know I just really want to get my computer to work better because im literally broke from buying it lol

edit: just realized that I only need to snatch a bios bin file and upload it through ILO to update the bios so if i modded it and uploaded it through there i guess it would work
