[REQUEST] BIOS Unlock HPET + Voltage eGlobal A1-3550H Mini PC

Hello.  I'm trying to adjust the voltage if not more from the BIOS, but particularly the OS Windows 11 using K17TK.  However my HPET is disabled & not listed in the BIOS, which K17TK lists as required to be enabled for proper operation of the application on AMD Ryzen Processors.

So I was wondering if there was anything we could do to this BIOS?
