Help extracting bios file from Asrock's QC5000-ITX/PH bios exe file

Help extracting bios file from Asrock's QC5000-ITX/PH bios exe file

Hi.
i'm having trouble since today after a power failure the bios chip of my motherboard (QC5000-ITX/PH Rev 1.0) went dead, so i replaced the chip and went to download the bios from manufacturer's site but the bios is given in exe format and of course the pc won't boot at all since new bios chip is empty.

I have read a lot of pages and resources of how to extract it but every program gives me an error and don't even read the bios.

Can somebody please help me extracting the bios?, Here is the link to the bios files

https://download.asrock.com/BIOS/CPU/QC5...00)ROM.zip attached, This one is the instant update, and should be the rom file but when i load it into the programmer it says that the file is larger than the bios chip (32mbit, 4Mb) and if i flash it the board will power on with black screen.

I will aprettiate any help.
