Unlock bios insyde

Hi,i have Toshiba satellite c870-148
I want to modify him for pleasure of challenge.

-Celeron core duo 1600mhz
-4 gb ram 1033mhz
-Hdd500gb
-Hd Intel graphic

I got upgrade him to:

-i7 3632qm 2900mhz 4core 8 thread
(and later i want to want to put i7 3940xm 8thread 3900mhz in)
-16gb ram corsair 1600mhz
-Ssd 500gb Kingston(later i want to put 2to ssd)
-ssd 500gb Kingston instead dvd player
-Hd intel graphic 4000
-Egpu beast exp gdc Mpcie with mini atx Power box 400w and rx5700xt
-Water cooling coper home Made he can work without water cooling and with watercooling for overclocking and gaming.
-I separate Internal screen of motherboard he is independante.
i can use him with hdmi
hdmi port motherboard for use like lagtop normal without egpu and watercooling
And
I can Connect Internal screen to hdmi rx5700xt for gaming and watercooling with this modification i don’t need to have another screen for my egpu i only need Internal screen 👌

he work really good with this config and is stable but i have just problem for use egpu with i7 egpu not detect and with Celeron egpu work great i work on this probleme actually for solved this…perhaps i thinks this problème come to bios or ressource attribut by bios or other(i work i work…)

My answer is:
Is it possible to unlock all option bios or mod bios for overclock cpu and Internal graphic and more?
(Insyde ver 6.80 2012 is last update)
