Hello Guys,

I can confirm that this BIOS Mod doesn't work. Wink

Flashed it twice to 2 different chips (I got enough and the knowhow to flash them while having the rig running so no probs) - flashed nicely, no errors, reboot => Initialization (Power LED on means on this board the BIOS -at all- can be "read out") but then nothing.. Black screen, no reactions so I guess some BIOS Fault in the initialization.

Another thing: If someone could "mod" (unlock) everything available in those 2 BIOS for this System (the 2 ones I use, the only ones good for OCing):

http://eu.shuttle.com/download/Downloads/Barebone/SP35P2_PRO/Bios/sp35s10o.bin

http://eu.shuttle.com/download/Downloads/Barebone/SP35P2_PRO/Bios/sp35s10r.bin

Btw, those BIOS have a "weird" problem that I cannot explain fully:
All BIOS over the "o"-Version work fine with OCing (400 MHz+ on Default VCore, all Temps good (modded cooler etc.) - but if I set the slightest change to ANY voltages then it doesn't POST anymore (it seems like it doesn't save the changes right).

The "o" is a bit abstract - You CAN reset the BIOS via CMOS Clear, THEN set EVERYTHING you want - and save it.. and it works.. but IF you go into the BIOS another time and change any setting (they look like they aren't set manually but the hardwaremonitor shows they are) and save again then it doesn't save (shutdown immediately) and doesn't POST anymore as well.

Another Problem: The newer BIOS Versions OVER S10R (like S10V, S10W, S110) are BAD to overclock (360 FSB, then no POST, you can't change voltages as well) - even as they DONT change the Voltages (measured) in Auto Modus it doesnt work stable either! 360 FSB / Standard VCOre not Prime Stable, with older BIOS 400 FSB absolute stable.. I don't get it.

Could anyone look into this? I would really like a "newer" unlocked BIOS with the Ability to change my voltages and FSB to 400+ (and not 360=>Blackscreen)...

Its not really funny to reset the BIOS (Power Off => ON) and flash the chip like.. 100 Times a day.. doesn't help the hardware lifetime, as well.

Thanks for your potential helps! Wink

Regards,

Wolf
