HP HDX 18 BIOS unlock plz help

Hello,
i read some where about unlocking the InsydeH2O bios using the EZH2O, i tried the ver. 2.1.0.13 but after i open the bios file a get the message of the bios info, then i tried to open the OEMDS but no luck!, the OEMDS is disabled and the rest of options keeps popping messages can not read required information, which i couldnt figure out what information it needs to complete running these options, i tried Andy's Tool and it did read the bios but only for slic the bios.

i need to unlock the laptop bios because of the sata raid option and the memory timing enhancment and so many other needed options

i can not beleave that HP is hiding these options from users allready paid for them in there devices!!
