Would anyone be kind enough to replace the OEM Logo in this BIOS with the attached image?

I have been able to extract the existing image using MMtool but I'm not certain if I need to do something special with the replacement (format, compression etc) in order to avoid bricking the motherboard.

When extracting the original image there is the option to extract "as is in the rom file" or "in uncompressed form" so I would assume the replacement needs to be compressed somehow before it is inserted.
