I have M2N-MX board and I want to undervolt the CPU from the BIOS
but it only has the options to increase the voltage. Is it possible to have
the opposite options?

Here is the BIOS download page (select DOS to view the list):

NOTE: BIOS version 1004 won't let you downgrade the BIOS.
