Asus F3JC Ram Unlock

Hi, I have a Asus F3Jc notebook and I installed 3GB of ram,
I tried to install 4GB of ram but the bios still sees 3GB.
Can anything be done?
Sorry for my English.
I Windows7 64-bit and have the latest bios. version 307
