OK Well guess I was able to solve my own problem so I'm posting the files and a step-by-step on how I recovered my laptop, hope this helps anyone needing it cause it sure did for me and I almost sent mine to warranty repair!
#1. Extract files onto a 2GB or less FAT32 formatted USB stick.
#2. Remove battery, cmos battery and AC adapter from laptop.
#3. Hold power button down for 30 seconds then release.
#4. Insert USB stick into USB port below AC adapter connector on laptop.
#5. Press and hold WIN + B then plug AC adapter into laptop well still holding keys.
#6. Press power button well continuing to hold the WIN + B keys.
#7. Wait for HP BIOS Recovery to display on monitor.
I used BIOS version F.34 (SP54467.exe) to recover mine which I've attached to this post along with the latest F.46 version as well which I did not test but should work the same.
Enjoy!
