Hello,
I kindly ask if anyone could please take a look at Toshiba's Qosmio F750 / F75 bios. Version 2.00 is located at http://support1.toshiba-tro.de/tedd-file...183755.zip
As far as I can tell, it seems to be an UEFI-BIOS with greatly limited functionality. For me, the most interesting point is enabling VT-d support (system is equipped with a Sandy Bridge i7). Currently, only VT-x is available.
Another, maybe more difficult thing would be to re-enable the processor's integrated GPU. Although the system has a much more powerful dedicated GPU (Nvidia GT540m) it would be a nice feature to use Intel's Quicksync technology. Other Toshiba systems with compareable specs do use both GPUs (with NVidia's Optimus technology)...
Thanks in advance!
