HP dv8000 (dv8382ea) modifying TOLUD register

Hi, I want to know if it's possible to modify the TOLUD register on this laptop.

Currently my laptop only shows 3GB(I have 4gb), but I know the chipset can use 4GB.

Maybe someone is kindly enough to modify this bios and change this value?

Also, it's possible to modify it to show hidden options?
