Greetings!
I have a Lenovo IdeaPad
Z580 (Model Name 20135). Unfortunately, Intel no longer supplies 64-bit Windows 8 drivers for the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200. Windows 8 detects the card but thinks I have the wireless switch in the off position. Problem with that is that there is no switch. The
Z580 does not have a physical switch or Fn hotkey for that; the wireless card is meant to be always on (this is how Lenovo designed the laptop). The only solution is for me to acquire a wireless card that Intel makes Windows 8 64-bit drivers.
My laptop is running BIOS version 5FCN91WW with KBC version 5FEC90WW.
I have downloaded and ran your tool. Here are my results:

I tried an Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 (7260HMW AN) from another laptop but I got the unauthorized wireless card message when I powered my laptop.

Any help would be amazingly appreciated!
EDIT: The results above were generated without any wireless card installed. Here is the results with my original Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200 installed:
