Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with "freezing" CPU.
Make current BIOS backup by Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0
Post a photo of the screen with "update your bios for have the maximum of your cpu" error.
