Okay. Further testing has been done:

Isolated the errorcodes to:
b8
02
E8

- Of which i can't find any information about.

The system worked fine with the older Xeon processor. Displaying no error codes. So the board works fine. I'm guessing something is not right with the BIOS Huh

Testing with the X5660:
Reseated CPU
Played with all combinations of RAM
CMOS resets / powercycle
PSU switch

Everything results in the same 3 errorcodes.
