I am not sure how to flash it exactly as the file you have is .wph, however the instructions on this website say Phoenix BIOSes use .bin files. I saw you mentioned WinPhlash, so I am confused as to whether I should use DOS phlash or WinPhlash and which version should I use?
I want to do this because my laptop is not detecting my SSD, however after many forced restarts it randomly detects it and it works. Shut down and same thing. I need to keep restarting. I don't understand why and what is going on. I tried changing the AHCI CMOS registers however the same thing happens. Also BIOS battery is fine. I also tried resetting CMOS. Modding the BIOS is my last resort but I want to make sure I don't brick it.
PS. I also have an N21-E
