This is a good opportunity to check out the possibility of bios modifications for many folio 13s, but it's up to you. After the case with the first mod, I doubt anything will change, because from version to version, it seems there were no changes in code security.
And, hewprsa is a part of the phoenixtool, it creates the .dec file.
