Ok. I figured that out. The Flash Drive wasn't plugged in well. It was enough to be seen, but not to transfer data or otherwise work with it. Once that was taken care of, I went through the process of formatting ( In FAT ) and the Boot disk thing. When that was done, I checked the Flash Drive and nothing was there as it was empty. I Did find the Boot stuff, or at least thing I did. This is the page I found:
I Copy Pasted the BiOS Image onto the Flash Drive as well as the Flash Utility. I am in no way thinking of trying to boot to that thing. I have an i7 960 arriving today, and I don't want to brick my MOBO. Guess I'll pass on the BiOS thing for a while, at least. I haven't been able to unhide the files in that one step and think they went somewhere else according to that page. Hard to say. Anyway, although I have absolutely no qualms about flashing through Windows, I am not at all comfortable with this at the moment and will not pursue it beyond playing with the Flash Drive and trying to set it up. That is safe as long as I don't try to boot to it, also, I don't particularly like the Flash Drive I am using and have a better one coming.
