7IWB disable VGA mod request

Unfortunately it doesn't quite work. It frees the ram, taken by the VGA, and no conflicts appear, but when i try to copy 1-2gb file over the network, with the PCI vga installed, the PC freezes. I think there is still some part of the onboard vga which is not off. What i did is to set the hidden option " Onboard vga window size" to none
