Extracted to a folder, ran the exe, it failed in the middle of flash with "Write error" quickly showing on the screen and then exited. Nothing happened Sad

Then i was brave enough to run the original bios update knowing that it will disable my wifi but luckily that one showed the same error... I wonder if it's due to flashing over the modified bios that you modified in the summer. Many thanks!!!

i was stupid enough to reboot the laptop and now it won't post...tried original fd file renamed to bin on usb using Andy tool with 100 different combos (root dir, hp dir,etc) to no avail.....Crap....
